Chef
A Dish from Atami Woven with Skill and Sensibility.
After graduating in 1999 from Ecole Culinaire Tsuji, French Culinary College, he honed his skills at hotels such as the Metropolitan Hotel Tokyo and the Tokyo American Club.
Following his tenure as head chef at Hotel Micuras, he joined Central Holdings in 2024.
That same year, he trained at “naoto.K,” which boasts 12 Michelin stars.
He now creates dishes in Atami, bringing together his experience and sensibility.
